Lamb and goat may be transported to our facility for slaughter and processing. We do not process lamb or goat under USDA inspection at this time.

All lamb and goat are dry aged for a minimum of 3 days. Customers specify their preferred cuts via our cut sheet linked below. All packages are vacuum packed, labeled and frozen for pickup
